Greengames.org is committed to the serious business of educating people about the state of our planet, using serious scientific content but communicating it to kids in their language and media.

We are producing and distributing environmental games that educate and enlighten the world's youth about the importance and effectiveness of taking individual action to solve local and global environmental problems.

According to Roper Starch Worldwide's Green Gauge", in 1996, 15% of people did not believe that individuals play any significant part in protecting the environment, 37% simply were not convinced that environmental problems are all that serious, and just 33% were willing to engage in environmental activities from time to time, but only when it requires little effort.

Our aim is to use games to change these statistics for the better before the current generation of children reaches adulthood.
